Decent. Certainly not as horrible as some seem to think. I remember my parents being overjoyed by Dustin Hoffman's performance as Captain Hook, and as a 9-year-old, being completely dumbfounded by what the hell all the fuss was about. Too bad Spielberg totally lost his nerve to make any more ballsy choices as a director after deciding to have Rufio die. I think his subsequent films have clearly suffered ever since.
